Currently based in New Delhi, looking for full-time or contract research roles on teams where inclusive design isn't a compliance checkbox, it's a standard of craft.
Before earning an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of York, I worked in patent law, finding edge cases and arguing precisely for what matters. That instinct followed me into UX research.
Now I study the behavior behind how people actually use a product and not just where they click, but why, what they assume, what they're avoiding, what a design quietly asks of them that they may not even notice. Every product makes assumptions about its user. I find out who those assumptions leave out, and why.
I choose depth over breadth all the way from discovery through validation. The question underneath all of it stays the same: who does this design assume, and who does it leave out?

I ask who the design assumes as its user and who that assumption quietly excludes.
Question the obvious
I ask whether the obvious question will get me the truth, or just a comfortable answer.
Find the narrative
I sit with the data until the narrative separates from the noise.
Clarity is a discipline
My job is done when the finding stands on its own - truth and nothing more.
